At Mini Max Power, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter an issue, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Important: Returns are accepted only for product quality issues. We do not accept returns for subjective reasons, such as personal preference or change of mind.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or special-order items.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
3. Return Process
• Contact our support team at contact@minimaxpower.com with your order details and reason for the return.
• Our team will review your request and issue a return authorization if eligible.
• Return shipping instructions will be provided once the return is approved.
4. Refunds
• Approved returns will be inspected upon arrival.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
